I ordered a poppy costume for my daughter and the shipping was fast. What I ordered is just as the described and I couldn't be happier.
There was a little miscommunication with my online order, but they fixed it and I'm super satisfied!
(Two stars off for difficulty of reaching customer service. Getting into chat is a matter of luck, and their phone line is often off. ) Our item, ordered at begging of October got lost via USPS. We reached out to customer service who sent us a replacement item via overnight mail. It arrived within 2 days. Our toddler is very happy.
Update: USPS ended up delivering package just in time. So it took much longer to get and I never did get anyone on phone. But I did get what I ordered and it was great quality. Ordered on 12 Oct and paid extra for expedited shipping. Got the tracking number that day. USPS only tracked it for one day then it went into black hole. Can't get a USPS human on the phone to find the order, and same for Spirit Halloween. Been on hold for 30 minutes. Sent them email and no response. Costume is needed for a wedding so I'm pretty anxious and upset. People in wedding who ordered from other vendors at same time already have their costumes.
I ordered a costume for my son on Saturday, October 10th and paid for standard shipping and was quoted 6 business days of when I would receive this package. Today is October the 20th and I have yet to receive the costume I paid almost $60 for! When I look up the order to track the package, it shows 'in transit' with no location or estimated time of delivery. I called their customer service hotline today when they opened and waiting 20 minutes before speaking to a representative. She pulls up my order and proceeds to tell me it's in South Haven Mississippi and has been since last Thursday and that I should receive this by this coming weekend (I live in GA). This is UNACCEPTABLE and the fact she asked me when I needed this by was also ridiculous! For the money you pay, the shipping shouldn't be this big an issue. They use Fed-Ex, it shouldn't take 2 weeks to get a little child's costume. I will NOT be using Spirit Halloween again... lesson learned!

I ordered the nasa astronaut helmet yesterday and am unable to see my order history and shipping status. I recieved a receipt by email, but when I signed in to my account and went to find the status, it said that I had not ordered anything. I would like this issue remedied please. It would be extremely helpful to me to know the status of my package.
I went to the Airport road location in Allentown, PA.
Customer service was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The young woman I talked to was the assistant manager. She helped my family and I find matching costumes and up sold us many accessories. She was so kind to my son and even helped him for over 20 min find what he needed. He is disabled and all he could talk about when we got home was his experience with this young lady. I will write a review everywhere just for people to meet this beautiful young lady. Her name tag said Lexi. I will be going back JUST FOR HER
my son wanted to visit spirit halloween for his birthday, i took him to the avenues location in jacksonville florida aug 28 2020. it was the best experience ive ever had with customer service. the young man that was there that day is the nicest person i have ever met. I regret that i did not get his name but we will go back there and always will for our spooky costume and decorations needs. going there for my 6 year old he said was as great as disney.......
I ordered a wireless Multi-Prop remote control. I received it in good order and fast. I went to test it and soon found out that the batteries it came with were dead. I figured before I sent it back to Spirit for a refund or return, I would simply go buy some batteries to see if the unit would work. It did! I called customer service to explain the situation and they quickly and happily covered the cost of the replacement batteries. I appreciate the very prompt service from the Spirit Halloween representative. A very satisfied customer here!
